Perform, Repeat, Reform (durational live performance, 2023)

In early 2023, I was invited to Cornell AAP as a visiting artist, where I led a performance workshop and performed alongside students and colleagues. These images are from my dawn-to-dusk performance, Perform, Repeat, Reform. In the performance, I mold an ice megaphone and hold it for two hours silently as if waiting to speak. At lunchtime, I serve soup in it to share. When it melts, I repeat the process, this time engaging in conversations. The audience is invited to take my place in holding the ice cast megaphone.
