Our Bed
Our Bed (2010)
A 4h durational performance at the Marina Abramovic Institute West, San Francisco
I strip a queen mattress of its covers and file the exposed coils, making music.
This performance is based on Mattress Works since 2007 and a 2008 iteration of Our Bed at MoBY Museum. Mattresses appear throughout my works as sculptures, performances, and my daily routines.
